Im someone with an ESA on the opposite end of this, I emailed my roommate as soon as i knew who she was. She also didn’t know and we’re also having huge issues, the school needs to do better because this is insane.

Had a very similar situation happen last year, even worse cause those with service animals/esa’s are supposed to have a single and not a double, good luck man o7
