Only if it was clean when they left and roommate dirtied it afterwards. There is a chance it was dirty when they moved out and they left it for the roommates who moved out last

oh well i’d hope they wiped the stove and sink😭 i can’t imagine moving out 1st and not cleaning up, only because i wanna be able to dispute charges if needed. you can’t trust other ppl to clean.
