I would highly recommend setting some boundaries about this early on

make a shared agreement about cleaning up and letting each other know before inviting people over

Definitely set boundaries now. If you are a minor, school can assume you are drinking as well and you’ll be in trouble. Make sure those bottles and cans are taken care of
