That is rude of her for SURE but pls pls have a real conversation with her about it too!! she could be using it to sleep or cope and it could make things much worse by reporting her. Try compromising maybe, like she just smokes outside? Or just use gummies or a cart?

As a smoker with a non smoking roommate I mainly use edibles so i don’t have to smoke as much flower. I always keep it triple bagged and then in a container with dryer sheets so it doesn’t smell. And if i smoke i always take the top layer of clothing off and then put it in a bag until i wash it. As you can see im very paranoid about it lol but you could find a happy medium

my rule of thumb is three strikes ur out. have at least two, preferably three convos before you go to the RA, bc at least then you gave fair warning. if it's just the smoking (im assuming a blunt) i agree with #2 in that see if there's room for compromise, if she can still do her thing while not stinking up the room (which trust, as someone who hated my old neighbors for smoking a shit tone of weed, if ur in the dorms, chances are someone else might report your room about if before you do 💀)
