Yeah time to give them three options: 1. He can’t come over more than 3x a week 2. He needs to pay his fair share or bills 3. The landlord is told he’s violating the guest policy and she suffers the consequences for that (usually a fine and potentially him getting trespassed)

Yeah just report them. If she gets pissy, tell her “I’m not the one dating him, so I’m not paying for him to live here”
