You'd be in the right to do so but I would appreciate a stronger warning assuming that it would ruin ur roommates life if they were reported for weed. Also assuming you don't think they would physically harm you if you threaten to tell the RA

Well I asked her not to because we’re 2 rooms away from our ra and she hot boxes our bathroom . Once I smelled it getting off the elevator
