It’s spelled out in the lease if they don’t clean up after themselves and render the common space unusable which it is and being that these dishes are almost a month old all while doing it all year yeah I think it’s the only recourse

Put their dirty dishes in their bed like the rest of us do. Getting them evicted over a dirty sink, making it near impossible for them to rent ever again, is too extreme
