She’s annoying the absolute fuck out of me. Idk what it is. It’s just fucking everything. Everything about her has irked me for the last few months and I’m getting tired pretending. I’m so fucking happy to be leaving next month

Half the people on this thread are literally the reason behind their own problems. Pretending & continuing to be miserable serves no one. COMMUNICATE your problems, find a middle ground, & move on. If your roommate isn’t willing to do so, then cut your losses & deal. But pretending & never actually addressing the problem (like so many on RR) won’t get you anywhere.

Being cordial and not wanting to start unnecessary shit ≠ being fake. She doesn’t accept any criticism no matter how constructive and is literally violent to one of our friends and has stolen alcohol from my partner. She knows what she’s done

I don’t want to start drama. But I am not the issue here, she is. Whenever I’ve tried talking to her she shuts down and throws a hissy fit lashes out and acts like she was sent here by god. She’s violent towards our friend and I’m not looking for her to be violent towards me too

It’s not drama, it’s figuring it out & that wasn’t info you gave in the original post. Violence changes things. If someone genuinely gets violent report their ass to the police, or at least to the complex. That’s not a safe living condition.

I literally just wrote something on here bc I was frustrated and needed to take it out somewhere. You assumed that I’ve never tried communicating, which is incredibly wrong. And you’re blatantly ignoring the fact I said she’s had violent tendencies in the past, which makes her unapproachable. You also ignored the fact where I said I am leaving soon. And you acted like I’m some bad guy for just trying to get by when you do not know the situation.
