I hate her.. I fucking hate her. Been in the same apartment living the same way for 3 years. Last 2 years our electricity was about $60 around this time. This year prices doubled for everyone and it was $120.. AND SHE BLAMED ME FOR LEAVING A LIGHT ON

Like oh my god. Leaving a light on overnight is not going to make our bill jump that high. Also she has left so many lights on, we both gotta work on it yet I'm the only one taking the fall. "Well still we should try to lower the bill" HOW!? Should we live like those people on Extreme Cheapskates??? Just live in darkness with the use of candle lights???

Short of turning off all the appliances including the ac there’s no way to lower the bill that was only raised by the company.

Right!? And unfortunately our apartment has shit insulation so our bills during the winter were crazy because it took a lot to heat the apartment. I even warned her it gets cold and to layer up but she'd rather just turn up the heat
