In some schools you can just buy a meal plan even living off campus. If he doesn’t like to/ doesn’t know how to cook, that would be a great option.

maybe gets food from a friend that he keeps in his room? could also just be cooking/eating when you’re asleep or not there

He doesn’t work, he always keeps his door open, and he doesn’t go out all that much. My only guess is that he’s just eating on campus every day or eating at some of the restaurants nearby but that has to be so expensive right?

I don’t think dining hall and campus food is expensive no. Off campus depends.

At my Uni without a dining plan it’s definitely very expensive. And I know he doesn’t have a dining plan bc only freshman are allowed them here.

as someone who spent a semester eating campus food or eating out yes it is expensive but i was in a horrible mental state and had very little time to cook. i feel like cooking is expensive at this point anyways bc everytime i’ve bought groceries its cost so much more than just ordering something cheap
