If I see it out and untouched I assume it’s trash. Toss the box or put the dish in the sink. If they get mad that’s their fault.

She also leaves the front door unlocked so it stays open. She seems really nice but these things are adding up and I need advice on how to handle the situation because it’s gross and inconsiderate to the rest of us in the apartment

I have the same problem. Why can’t people just clean up after the selves…
