You could be like "hey in order to help maintain the cleanliness in our home would it be a good idea to rotate chores weekly so we are all accountable?"

Or they need to start cleaning up after themselves bc they aren’t 5 years old and you aren’t their parents

So that way A) no one is stuck doing the same chore each time (become tired and frustrated over it) B) it will become more obvious who's lacking and ig the "embarrassment" that everyone knows who was responsible for that chore for the week will convince that person to be more proactive
