I believe it’s fine as long as you don’t leave him there with her like it just be him and her even if they’re in separate rooms and also if you are going to, and she doesn’t mind still out of being considerate for her, don’t leave them just there by themselves for too long and if she’s uncomfortable, then she doesn’t need to be giving you permission each time

It’s okay as long as you communicate with your housemate which you’ve been doing. You’re also giving her a good amount of time as a heads up which is very considerate of you. If it bothers her then she should just tell you straight up.
