I don’t understand why my roommates can’t lock the front door than get an attitude when I lock it

NO LITERALLY!!!!!!! We’re on the 6th floor but we’re right in front of the elevator so if someone got through the main door(not that difficult) and chose at random the 6th floor the first door they would try is ours!!! And our school isn’t in a shit neighborhood(there’s far worse in the city I’m in) but we also aren’t in the best of neighborhoods and the train and bus stop right nearby so it’d be very easy for someone to break in!! I left to go home for the weekend on Thursday and no one else

was home so of course I lock the door!! An hour or 2 later I get a text from one of the roommates asking if anyone’s home and she doesn’t have her key, I texted naw I went home for the weekend🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I don’t know what to do because I keep asking them to lock the door, and they don’t. Then, when the door is locked, they have the worst attitude and pound on it every time, regardless of what time it is.

Maybe talk to your RA, that’s reason enough to bring up
