This literally happened to me. I moved up 2 floors. My roommate had been using me and lying about actually fw me since January!!! And I introduced her to my friends and then she acted like I didn’t exist. Talk to your RA, they will lead you to your advisor, and you will get moved. I love my new roommate.

Maybe but at the very least just ask them individually if you did something wrong to make them not like you
