Switch all communication to written/recorded and do NOT fight the cops if he does call them. Also, check your room for anything he may have planted and get a camera for your room too. Just in case he tries to frame you to get you out of the apartment.

Cool cool cool. Sounds like you’re all set up to make sure any cop calling is just gonna result in him getting slapped with filing a false report and wasting police resources.
