yes. if ur stuff is there: split the rent. unless ur physically out of the building with ur belongings.

Nah if their shit is there they pay rent. Maybe, MAYBE you could make that argument for power/water bills. But not rent that’s ridiculous

like in the billing period they want to subtract if they left for four-five days from the amount owed. i think that’s kinda dumb. if your living there pay your half. shouldn’t matter how many days in the billing period your there, it’s still your half.

Yea so can someone tell them thats not how shit works at all. Like renting an airbnb and wanting to not pay for half your stay bc you werent there half the time 😭
