I had that experience last year. I just told her to F off one day and then she moved out. Solid plan if u ask me.

I have the exact problem except the person isn’t nice and just wants to talk to hear themselves, maybe just sit her down, tell her you really appreciate her and talking to her but sometimes other people need to talk. It’s okay to want to talk but it’s courteous and polite to allow others to do so and listen to them!
