If it’s coming from the sink pour some vinegar and baking soda down there. If they coming from your table check and see if anything spilled or if there is old fruit and disinfectant the area.

Cut the top off a soda bottle put honey and water with a little bit of dish soap turned the cut top upside down put it back in the bottle. They’ll search it out fly in and either the soap will kill them or they can’t figure their way out. put it near the sink.

Run your disposal frequently and don’t leave food out in the open. Clean the stem of your bananas and other fruits when you buy them from the store. I bought a little “stem” fly sticky light and leave it in the kitchen too.
