Then two things Either you’re letting it happen by being too easy of a pushover and not confronting her, or you need to report her for harassment and I’m not even joking. You have to tell her no and not listen to her every time she tries. If it’s still nightly she’s actively harassing you and needs to face irl consequences. Also why you still live with her when she’s doing that

i have told her to stop and that the reason i ignore her when im sleeping is because i am sleeping, but i could definitely be meaner about it. i am much more of a pushover than i should be with her. also i still live w her because unfortunately i have a lease and i cant afford 3 months rent up front to break it plus the additional deposit and first months rent of a new place all at once.

I don’t think it’s necessarily Intentional, i just think maybe if i wasnt literally her only contact with anyone ever for any reason outside of work (which is twice a week for 4 hours) this maybe would not be the case, but she seems to have 0 interest in meeting or talking to anyone at all for any reason

I mean like why did you get a second apartment with her if this is how she acts. But yes, if she wakes you up the only thing you should be saying is “no. Leave. No. Leave. No. Leave. No. Leave” every time she tries to talk to you. Do not let her get a single word in

This is the kind of situation where a well place fuck will emphasize how annoying this is. “It’s one in the fucking morning” “why the fuck are you in my room?” “Shut the fuck up I’m trying to sleep” stuff like that. In the morning you can apologize for swearing but stress how she can’t bust into your room every night to yap.

i was weak-willed. in december i told her i did not want to renew the lease with her and that i was moving out. the lease ended in May. she said “that is not enough time to find a new roommate or a new apartment.” and i said “well you better get on that then.” and she never found a new roommate or a new apartment because i did not find them for her

This time around just leave. If she doesn’t find a roommate that’s her fault not yours

Just make sure to check your trunk and backseat for her before you drive off

she’ll be clinging to the back of the car repeatedly saying my name and nothing else in a soft tone. when i don’t respond, she will form her hand into a paddle and reach through my window to place her fingertips gently upon my arm. this will be immediately followed by, in a normal tone, “So there’s this romance novel i’ve been reading-“
