Not when I’d get in trouble and she’s trying to mask her weed smell in the dorm on purpose, she’s done way worse things I’m here to rant about my roommate not hear you lecture about being an adult when I’ve already done everything on my part.

That’s what I’m scared of, I’m usually always out of the room and my passports and everything that I generally don’t bring to class with me is in there. I don’t want her making a dumb mistake and suddenly there’s a fire

u can rant about somebody without snitching. u can also rant and be frustrated with somebody while also being adult and coexisting

You can also be an adult and - not do drugs in a shared space (esp considering they’re still illegal in some states) - not break a massive rule and risk getting your roommate fined or kicked out of housing - not have a fire hazard in the dorm - not have to be told to stop breaking safety rules, you should respect your roommate enough to follow them THATS being an adult. THAT what that means. Snitching ain’t childish, it’s what you have to do when dealing with a child

Thank you, I definitely agree and there’s a difference between snitching and having to tell someone because of safety reasons. Yes I do hate her but with my belongings and safety being on the line there’s an RA for these things for a reason.
