No it gets to a point.. if she up being loud asf.. especially at 3am nah she bugging respectfully but maybe you could talk to her and tell her to be quiet… nbs that mad inconsiderate.. or js do it back you should do something back she keeping Uu up all night so Uu wake her up early asf in the morning by being loud… call it what you want I would be passive aggressive..

if it’s just bc she’s bothering you and you want to sleep just tell her that, be like hey i’m pretty tired and trying to go to sleep is it okay if you keep it down a bit or something along those lines, if she doesn’t do anything to be quieter she’s just being rude, but she should be able to play the game without talking that loud (i was able to whisper with my headset and my friends could hear me in the dorms) especially if it’s a lot later than you guys are both normally up

You can’t tell her not to play video games but you can definitely ask her to be quieter past say 11pm.

do you hear yourself? You're not her parent. If she's being loud thats completely understandable but it doesn't matter your opinions on how late she talks to her friends....
