Have you tried talking to them about it cause they might not hear it cause my downstairs neighbor blast music but I only hear it when I’m walking up the stairs when I’m in the house I can’t hear it

honestly I have only ran into them twice since I moved in 5+ months ago but I am so busy and my job requires a lot of traveling so I haven’t had time to address it during the day but I feel like stomping when they blast music should get the message across. but ya tmw I plan on talking to my apartment about it lol

I see lol yes I feel for ppl w inconsiderate upstairs neighbors lol. I honestly try so hard all the time to be a considerate upstairs neighbor so it’s crazy to me despite that I ended up having a disruptive downstairs neighbor lol
