they are worth it but i wouldnt recommend sleeping in them

As a nursing student please please do not sleep with sound in your headphones or earbuds!! You can go to sleep with all of your hearing and wake up completely deaf.

high risk of ear infections and they could also cause minor injuries in your ear if youre a side sleeper or just be straight up uncomfortable and painful
