I personally would not find it to be a problem but I don’t know your situation. If he is leaving it dirty, taking too long of showers, or using your products that is reasonable. If you are just uncomfortable then id just talk to your roommate.

my roommates and i just have an agreement that whoever has someone over needs to clean up after their guest, including the toilet and shower if the guest used them

it wouldn't be unreasonable to set a boundary to have them give you a heads up so that you can use the space at certain times you need to or if you're uncomfortable with a man using the shower let it be not when you're there

According to the upvotes I’m not the only one that thinks it’s weird it’s not a gender neutral communal bathroom it’s a suite for two girls.
