lmao sounds like we have the same roommates, minus the laundry that’s crazy. I’ve come to the conclusion that common sense is not very common and laziness and entitlement are. Literally tried having the same exact convos w my roommates about lights and cleaning up after themselves but they are too childish to admit fault and instead they blame me for “caring too much.” Can’t wait to have better roommates next year that are actually considerate towards people they live with.

Buy a sensored night light, they are super cheap and only turn on when there is zero light in the room. These kinds of people will continue to do stupid shit unless you provide a zero effort alternative. Ik using ur phone flashlight is zero effort, but these people are another type of lazy and entitled, I’m sure their parents pay for their utilities so they don’t car

You’re so right cause why did one of my roommates say that I have no room to complain about it because she’s the one who’s barely in the apartment so she rarely uses the lights or whatever even though she’s the main one who’s keeps leaving the lights on
