I feel so seen LOL. I’m already a little anxious in general but my rm genuinely makes it so much worse. My rm also puts my hr into the 100s when sitting down😭

It’s okay try and relax and also keep in mind how ridiculous it would be for every text she get to be about you if you aren’t trying to bother her assume that you aren’t

I have an anxiety disorder and every time I hear her in the kitchen, I get an alert on my watch that my heart rate is concerningly high
