Tell her that she had better not be a fat, tubby tub of lard because she can control that, so she has less of an excuse. Meat size is determined by genetics, and there is no medical procedure that can change that without irreversible, high risks, or ending up getting absorbed back into the body. Honestly, you should ditch her if she cares more about your genetics than you as a person.
