stop communicating with her! like genuinely just ice her out, when you go out either don't respond or say idk yet. be as vague as possible when you talk to her and don't give her any personal info if you can help it. and try doing phone calls either when she's not in the room or going somewhere else like your car to take them. also maybe see if it's possible to switch dorms
