Uh… is it possible she’s also pretty non confrontational and didn’t feel comfortable approaching you in person?

we’ve been really close for years and she’s always been he type to confront people head on so idrk what’s going on

So, this might be hard since you’re nonconfrontational, but since you’ve been close for years try just asking her what’s up. If it’s important to you that she bring up issues in person instead of over text, tell her that and why you’d prefer it

Also, it might just be that it wasn’t that big a deal to her and that’s why she didn’t feel like she had to have a conversation in person
