Idk where else to put this. But I don’t understand the point of getting better if you get better for other people because they want you to, but then they leave the second you start improving. They just want you to be the same w/o having to talk to them

What I mean is they want you to act the exact same have the same problems but never talk about them. So many people I’ve met like that, when I started doing therapy and I started to do some of the things he told me and set boundaries my friends all dipped. People got upset that I wasn’t depressed all the time. What is wrong with people?
