Noise complaint via the cops if you’re evil or start being loud while they’re sleeping and see what happens

Not roommates but downstairs neighbors. Best way I found to deal with it was to get up early and vaccume the morining after they’d been partying till 4am

There’s no RA, we’re in an apartment building off complex and the workers leave at 6pm so it’s kind of a free for all after.

Well see my problem is how loud it is and they never notify me when they’re having parties so I just all of a sudden hear 30 people in my living room with loud music then I’m trapped in my room the rest of the night

I called the cops two different times, they showed up once and the other time they said “well it’s a college town it’s always gonna be loud”
