Ohh that makes sense. Thats what I was thinking! Shit! My dorm doesn’t even have a toilet. It has a sink and a communal bathroom

I tried once (it was had some mold upon move-in but I took apart everything I could and cleaned it with bleach) and my dishes still smelled like mold, meaning it was likely also somewhere I couldn’t reach like the pipes, took them to my parents place to have them rewashed a few times and then I’ve been using paper plates and stuff ever since.
