Assuming you’ve already told her as plainly as possible that you don’t find it funny and she needs to stop, take it to the RA. If you don’t have an RA, return the energy. If it really is “just a joke” she’ll find it funny when she’s called stupid. Also call her what she is: a bully who never matured past middle school.
