I would have a conversation with her IMMEDIATELY. Be like “hey so I def don’t mind your bf VISITING but if he is going to be STAYING here then that’s a different scenario entirely” if she wants to get hostile about it then my next step would be to contact your housing head (whether that’s an RA or the apartments you’re in) and report this immediately and go above her.
