RIGHTTTTT!!!!!! But at the same time if said bad roommate picks to room in a dorm you’ve already chosen then there’s not a whole lot you can do other than pick to be in another dorm even tho you picked that dorm first😭

😂 I have to tell you I own a camera to own a camera? I hate to break it to you but that's incorrect. I own cameras, as do you, and we dont have to tell people we own them. Do I have to inform people I have shoes, or a flashlight, or a car? You don't need to tell people what you own lmao.

So that penal code is about eavesdropping, which owning a camera is not that. You tried to find some random state code to make it sound like owning a camera is illegal, but guess what? It's still not! Not even under that penal code in Kentucky! (Which me nor likely OP are residents of KY) If they set up a HIDDEN device with the SPECIFIC INTENT TO EAVESDROP CONVERSATIONS, and lived in kentucky, they MIGHT violate that code. But they didn't say that. They said they owned a camera. That's legal.
