no most roommates really aren’t that bad, just try to be considerate and typically they’ll do the same

just know that common sense isn’t as as common as you’d think and some are still under the impression that they can still act how they do as they did at home so be prepared for that and communicating doesn’t always work no matter what anyone says bc in order for it to be effective they would actually have to care that their actions are affecting someone else’s.
