the RA already said she won't do shit about it, and ik the roommate does it on purpose bc if anybody else is in our common area she'll be quiet

well she said i have to call the on call when it happens so they can hear it, but if it's waking me up at 4am, how can i possibly catch that in time? so i don't think they really gaf
