Just tell them they need to communicate with you when their having friends over and that you rather them not be over all the time everyday. If your nothing paying bills then you can express that as your also on the lease and they need to respect boundaries. If it’s a dorm then tell them regardless because its rude and that you’ll inform your RA if they can’t respect your boundaries

Mine would do this freshman year. Bringing mass amounts of people over at 3am on weekdays WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. We were shoved in a single and neither of us had space for ourselves. It’s better to bring it up than let them keep doing it all year long.
