Wait wait wait: when you say you will be with two other people, do you mean they’re your suitemates or are you just now getting roommates? Either way trying to kick you out of your own space is insane

They are my suitemates, since the semester began I have had no roommate. There were a few ppl that was supposed to be my roommate and they switched out

Ok so two people that you don’t even share a room with, just a common area, are trying to kick you out…why? Is this one of those situations where they thought they were rooming with all their friends, didn’t file the appropriate paperwork, and are now trying to force you out so they can live their fantasy?

Exactly, it was supposed to be 4 of them living together then one of them got an accommodation (got their own room regardless) so I don't know how they would have done it. Now they are being disgusting

Oh so they’re trying to blame you for the one friend getting an accommodation that messed up their original plan? Send them a text asking them to please do their part to keep the common area clean, give it a week, then report it to the RA. Report any of their other attempts to kick you out as well.
