SOS: my roommate has a camera in our room I didn’t know abt and watches my change and shit. My CA and my resident director won’t do shit abt it. It’s to the point I don’t even feel comfy in my room anymore

The other option which will probably be a lot harder is suing the school recording someone get dressed without their knowledge is illegal I’m pretty sure

She should but unfortunately faculty doesn’t want to have to deal with the hassle or paper work so they probably will refuse to remove her and go with the easiest option which is moving you instead 🙃

Housing faculty is extremely lazy unfortunately and they don’t want to risk lawsuits on either side so they go with moving the person who has a problem with the living arrangement instead of moving the person causing the problem 😕
