that doesn’t disregard the fact that it’s a shared space. sure, she can do what she wants but there’s a factor of disrespect. her clothes are everywhere. she never throws away her food so our room reeks of cfa. she gets mad if me and our other roommate make any noise in the morning. she stays up until two every night and then complains about being tired all day and skips class because she’s tired. like it’s just hard to live with her

That does sound incredibly frustrating to live with but also seems like she may have some mental health issues. It’s not your job to fix her but maybe tell your schools care team or whatever they’re called there.
