if ur in student housing let the RA know cause it’s illegal for them to be smoking inside regardless. If not i would first let them know again, and then based on their response either start documenting it the best you can with photos/notes, and report it to your landlord so they don’t do it again and emphasize the risk on your health because that will always be legally critical under the FHA.

I’m a college student who's spent more than half my time here high: stoned, sober, buzzed, you should learn to respect your roommate(s) and be a decent human being I would tell them to either find a different spot or you will report their asses because that's not cool

I don’t recommend reporting the people you LIVE WITH WHILE YOU LIVE WITH THEM. You guys already don’t get a long clearly, once they know you told on them there is a high chance they will just turn completely evil on you. I would move out first then report if possible! Your roomates r messed up but im talking street smarts here, they have access to your toothbrush, where you sleep, your food. So many things they can get revenge with!!!

I have really severe health issues that make breathing in smoke very dangerous. My bf and his friends are all stoners. They go outside at THEIR apartment when I would come over in order to accommodate me. This is not a crazy request in your behalf. Also you pay to live there! You have a legal right to your space and you are also legally abiding by the non smoking rules of the building, your roommate could be fined heavily and kicked out for this.
