My roommate has effectively moved in with her boyfriend, leaving a shit ton of trash and wrappers and clothes for me to pick up and put away. She gets back today after two weeks, starts yelling I have “no right” to touch her things???? Hello????
Next time she leaves for her boyfriend’s inform the landlord that she wants to break the lease

unfortunately it’s a dorm and i have no options to do that. All i can do is move her flowers back to where they can get sunlight and pray

If she’s essentially moved in with the boyfriend then she essentially doesn’t need her own place.

But if she still paid or paying for it then she can have it if they break up or if they get into an argument and he kick her out never put all your eggs in one basket especially with just a boyfriend

I meant it originally as a joke response. Real talk though if she’s gonna disappear for weeks at a time she can’t get upset that the items she has strewn about a shared dorm get moved because of everyday activity.

Oh no I agree with that part you can’t leave your stuff everyone in a shared space there’s no disagreement here but you know some people on here would really try to get her kicked out the lease lol
