Yes that’s reasonable they can wear headphones sometimes

Unfortunately that’s pretty normal. You should be fine telling them times you’d like them to quiet down though.

Well they do wear headphones when on the phone but it’s just that they are loud and always on the phone

sadly that’s just how some ppl spend free time and that’s their hobby. def ask to make times for it like hey can you get off call or quiet down at 10pm or smth
