A marathon course is always going to be long so be ready to run 26.5-27 miles instead of 26.2, use the mile markers on the course instead of watching ur watches gps

I always consume electrolytes before my run, I do a packet of LMNT in like a shot of water and take it like that so I don’t get sloshy, but it makes a world of difference to have those in you from the start

Have everything laid out the night before and as prepped as possible, you want to have the least stressful sleep possible. It also helps to get your body ready to wake up that early abt a week before race day

This!! 18-20 miles will be equally as effective physically, but 20 will mentally help you so so much
