
Take it slow, don't think “if I start I have to do this everyday” and spiral down that path, just do one thing a day and it doesn't have to be the same task everyday, romanticize your life, getting on pintrest and printing out things you wish to have in your future, journaling not only bc it's good to get it out but its also good to look back and see how far you've come, I have faith in you, you got it, remember you deserve to live in a body and environment that you can be proud of
