so I have a few tips as someone who didn’t feel like myself for years! i tried to narrow down what i was feeling (this is where therapy helped but i see you’re working for that which is dope!) and when i was feeling it. I also started leaning into what felt good for my body type (which is also tall with big hands and a weird face shape and just odd). If a style of shirt felt better for me, i wore that and didn’t shame myself if my preferences changed.
also, being naked more helped me become more comfortable with my skin. when im home alone and just chilling in my room, i would try to just wear my skin and nothing else. idk where i heard that tip from, i think a podcast, but it really helped somehow? and finally i would say surround yourself with energy that supports you. affirmation podcasts over body shaming podcasts, kind friends, et cetera. change comes from the inside out. let me know if this helps :)
