Does anyone in here have pre-menstrual dysphoria disorder? If so, where did you go to get diagnosed. I’m at the point where I have significantly upped my SNRI dosage, but it’s not helping, and my mood swings r debilitating a week or so prior to my period

hi! so I also had some pretty intense mood swings before my period, and one landed me in the hospital. I’m lucky because my doctor really listened to me and immediately prescribed Yaz, a birth control hormone. honestly, 2 months in I could feel a huge difference but now im almost a year in and am feeling SO MUCH BETTER. I’ll maybe get one minor mood swing as opposed to being a mess for a whole week. I would recommend yaz!!!!!

I went to my primary doctor and voiced my concerns, but an obgyn probably could help too.

I tried that one and it didn’t work and gave me wickedly bad migraines
