First one u overestimate the pain, second one u feel it fr, about a year to heal, saline wash every day a few times if possible. They said not wear a bra but when something hits it or u run into something it hurts so wear a bra for protection fs The cold will make ur nips hurt and the piercings may increase sensitivity as well
